Self-catering family holiday cottage for 4-6 people. A spacious but simple cottage, just like holiday cottages in Norfolk used to be.

Minimum 3 nights per booking. Cost is £90 per night in low season and £120 per night in high season (Jul-Aug, Easter, Christmas). Check availability here.

Booking terms

  • 3 nights minimum booking.
  • A 50% deposit can be paid to reserve your dates if the booking date is more than 8 weeks ahead.
  • The balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date and we will send you an email a day or so beforehand to remind you.
  • Bookings within 8 weeks must be confirmed with full payment.
  • Book online using a credit or debit card direct to PayPal. Or call get detail of how to make a bank transfer, and we can answer any questions you may have.
  • Cancellation outside of 8 weeks will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellation between 8 and 6 weeks will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund is payable after 6 weeks before the arrival date, although we will try and re-let those dates. If this is possible, then you will receive a 50% refund.
